Facilitated over one day in the fast world of global online retail, Polestar PM brings to life the project based behavioral and process issues faced by organisations. This is done through realistic scenarios to which participants can directly relate to and have actual experience of.

How it works
The Polestar PM simulation is delivered over 3 rounds. Progressing through the rounds, project delivery improves via the successful application of Project Management tools and techniques. This allows the group to deliver projects of increasing interdepency and complexity.

The results
The outcome is a holistic understanding that the main objective of Project and Portfolio Management is to ultimately improve business performance.

Programme Management

Polestar PM is facilitated over one day with a minimum of 8 and maximum of 12 participants. The fee is € 5.600 (taxes excluded), including a Polestar Trainer. Note that the travelling costs of the trainer are not included.
