The ‘Virtualization Essentials Professional (VEP)’ certification demonstrates that you have the skill set and knowledge to operate in a modern IT organization that is utilizing virtualization techniques. Certification allows you to operate effectively in a cloud environment as you speak the appropriate language, and demonstrate an understanding of the key concepts and terminology relevant to virtualization. The Virtualization certification program is a vendor-neutral foundation level certification program for virtualization. The program has been developed by some of the most significant forces in the industry such as IBM, Cisco, EMC, HP, Virtual Clarity and ING.
In addition, the training complements the CompTIA Cloud Essentials (in-company) training, which you can do either before or after you have taken the Virtualization Essentials training. Why should you obtain the Virtualization Essentials Professional certification?

How to become Virtualization Essentials Professional certified?
The training includes an exam preparation module, preparing participants to take on the Virtualization Essentials Professional exam on the second day of the training. The online exam is in closed-book format, with 40 multiple-choice questions. You will have 1 hour to complete the exam. Passing the exam, you become a Virtualization Essentials Professional (VEP).
