PROGRAM CURRICULUM BPM MASTER

The 4-day training to become a BPM Master will deal with all important aspects of Business Process Management. The training provides you with a thorough understanding of BPM concepts and processes and will deepen your knowledge gained during the online specialization courses. You will discuss, share, and learn from the global best practices for Business Process Management (BPM)!

How to Analyze an Existing Business Process

Do you have a business process that has to be changed? Perhaps this is due to a new legal requirement or piece of technology that you've implemented. Or maybe you have identified inefficiencies in the current process and want to optimize it.

No matter the reason, there is a right way and a wrong way to go about it. The first step in changing a process is to analyze how it is currently being done. Sometimes steps that seem illogical are there for good reason. And sometimes, changing a process has a downstream effect on other processes. It is important that you get this first step right to set yourself up for success.

How to Develop a Digitization Strategy

There are many inherent issues with physical documents, like paper, microfiche and photographs, in a business setting. They are expensive to store, difficult to catalog, and nearly impossible to collaborate on. To work effectively, information needs to be available in a digital format.
While digitizing things is not always an easy process, having a strategy in place will move the process along and makes sure that nothing falls through the cracks.

How to Digitise Paper Documents

Say goodbye to business at the speed of paper! If you are looking to digitize your paper documents efficiently and effectively, this lesson will show you how.

You will learn a process that will not just make sure you are being compliant with regulations and taking care of any evidentiary concerns. It will also make sure your information is stored consistently and that staff can easily access what they need.

How to Identify and Capture Metrics About a Process

Do you have a hunch that a business process is not working? Are you having a hard time proving it? The key to effective process monitoring is to identify and capture key metrics. You can use these metrics to improve the existing process or modify the process routes dynamically.
Measuring and managing give you the chance to make adjustments systematically, improve your process capabilities, and demonstrate business process management maturity.

How to Troubleshoot an Existing Business Process

A business is nothing if not a collection of processes. As such, it is important that these processes are correct, efficient, effective, and adaptable. A simple bottleneck in a mission-critical process can cost a business unnecessary amounts of time and money. But how do you identify an inefficient process? And how do you fix it once it is identified?

How to Work With Flowcharts

Are you designing a new business process or trying to troubleshoot an existing one? Using flowcharts can help you understand your processes better and optimize them to run as smoothly as possible.

Join us as we explain how the logic used to create a business process can be visualized in a flowchart, making the flow of steps and decisions much simpler to understand and communicate!
